Chief Executive Officer

Younes has an MBA in Finance from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane in Morocco and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida in the United States. He began his career in investment banking as a portfolio manager before creating his own company specializing in the high-end residential sector in 2006, generating more than 100 million USD and delivering more than 300 units.

Younes also has experience in the food and restaurant sector.

Deputy General Manager

After getting his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane in 2012, Taha Essasi joined Anfa Realties as the construction manager.

Since 2015, he has held the position of operations and quality manager in charge of supervising work in progress, coordinating between the various parties involved, respecting quality and delivering deadlines. He is also responsible for customer service.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Meriem Fassihi holds a BA in Marketing from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco. She was in charge of Purchasing from 2006 to 2009 at Saham Distribution, one of the largest distribution groups in Morocco. Meriem Fassihi then joined the fashion world where she was the Product Manager for the well-known brand “Marwa”.

In 2011, she joined Anfa Realties as Head of Communications and Sales.

Retail Development Director

Anfa Realties is pleased to introduce its new Retail Development Director, Mehdi Fachtali.

Graduated from Al Akhawayn University, Mehdi has a great experience in retail. He started his career in the telecommunication industry with two global leaders Nokia (7 years) and Samsung (5 years), where he acquired strong managerial and organizational skills. After a long career in retail, he was then spotted by the Swedish group, Daniel Wellington, who entrusted him with the implementation of its brand in Morocco by targeting new distribution channels such as E-Commerce. After a final stint in the retail sector at EMID (référence de la distribution au Maroc), he joined ANFA REALTIES as Retail Development Director.

RETAIL DIRECTOR

Sanaa holds a master’s degree in International Trade from the Paris School of Management. She has over twenty years of experience in the retail sector specifically in the establishment and management of international franchises in Morocco.

She began her career in logistics at Dow Chemical’s followed by Saham Distribution Group as the Business Unit Director of the Retail Pole. She then moved to the Nesk Investment Group, where she was responsible for developing the international clothing brand Mango across the Moroccan and Algerian markets.

She joined the Anfa Realties group in 2018 as Retail Director, bringing her rich experience, for a new challenge which has included the development of shopping centers.

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT & ASSET MANAGEMENT

A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Amine Beqqali has extensive experience in real estate in Europe and Morocco.

He started his career in Paris, where he worked for 5 years at CBRE (world leader in real estate consulting). He was responsible for expertise and consulting missions in France and Europe (valuations, market studies, feasibility studies, asset optimization studies). His work and skills earned him the “CBRE France Revelation” award.

In 2016, back to Morocco, he joined YAMED CAPITAL where he actively participated in the growth of the company by managing several large-scale real estate projects for over 5 years.

In 2021, Amine Beqqali joined the ANFA REALTIES group as Director of Development and Asset Management.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Holder of a Master’s degree in International Trade at the International Superior School of Management,

Redouane Filali has more than 10 years of combined experience in sales and project development within the high-end real estate market in Morocco.
His skills include: the management of sales teams, tenacity and continuously maintaining and elevating customer service.

Technical Director

Anfa Realties introduces Samir Jeddoub, the group’s new Technical Director.
Holder of a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Construction from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Samir has over the years accumulated an in-depth expertise in the field of construction. He started his career with TGCC, the national leader in real estate construction in Morocco. He succeeded in maintaining a rigorous follow-up in the management of budgets, delivery deadlines, quality and construction processes on numerous real estate projects (schools, towers, shopping centers, buildings and villas…) After 8 years of experience with TGCC, Samir Jeddoub joins the ANFA REALTIES group as Technical Director..

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR

Amine graduated in Communications from Al AKhawayn University in Ifrane, following an International Business Foundation Degree at the University of Surrey in England.

After having gained 11 years of experience in various communication agencies, he joined the Anfa Realties team in 2019 strengthening it with his expertise in communications and Online/Offline Marketing.

Amine Bennani is one of the pillars of the Anfa Realties Group where through his vision he aims to lift the Anfa Realties standards higher.

MARKETING MANAGER

Hajar Essassi has a master’s degree in Marketing from Regent’s University in London and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco. After two years of experience at Regent’s Capital Partners, a family investment company based in London, she joined the management strategy team where she helped to invest in many projects, mainly in real estate and education, in London and New York.

She then moved to Dubai and worked for ”Buzzman”, a very reputable digital advertising agency as Head of Social Media before recently joining Anfa Realties as the Marketing Manager.
